Hi, I’m Dr. Nichole Moore,
A dedicated educational leader, consultant, and scholar with extensive experience fostering inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing learning environments. She serves as the Director of a graduate program at a local university, guiding emerging educational leaders, and brings a rich background in classroom teaching, building- and district-level administration, and state-level educational policy and development, including overseeing initiatives to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.
Dr. Moore holds advanced degrees in Organizational Management, Educational Leadership, and Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment and Executive Leadership. She also serves as a Maxwell Leadership Coach and Trainer, equipping leaders with tools and strategies to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
With advanced training in Cognitive Coaching®, Adaptive Schools®, and leadership development, Dr. Moore provides deep expertise in coaching, professional learning, and system-wide improvement. Her work empowers educators, leaders, and learners to cultivate equity, innovation, and excellence across schools and organizations.
